Description
We are looking for a driven leader of our Supply Chain operation who is an excellent communicator focused on production processes. You should be prepared to take overall responsibility for the group that works with Sourcing, Production and Logistics. Today, we have well-established routines for daily operational work, but our expectation is that you will actively contribute to the strategic development of our Supply Chain. Your role will include responsibilities such as:
• Supplier Management - Development of requirements and the criteria for selection of suppliers, securing contracts and negotiating with suppliers; and following up key indicators with respect to lead times, capital formation, yields, etc.
• Sourcing - purchases, orders, capital formation, material planning, forecasting.
• Production - production planning, quality assurance, test system, production base, assembly / assembly and packaging).
• Logistics - warehouse, transport, and export.
Abilities and qualifications
Have you worked with electronics production and EMS? This is an advantage but is not required. Your leadership skills and overall focus on Supply Chain are most important. The group currently consists of 4 people, while a large part of our production is outsourced. We are facing growth-related challenges as we continue to expand our production.
The role includes budget, performance, and personnel responsibility. Since much of what we do is customer-driven, you will also have a close dialogue with customers. In addition to what is described above, it is critical that you are structured, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving. The role means that you are on the management team and are therefore expected to participate in the company's overall growth-oriented development. A basic knowledge and interest in technology is therefore a prerequisite.
LumenRadio is an international company and you therefore need to speak and writeSwedish and English fluently.
