As Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for leading, developing and running operations within Corrugated Sweden in line with Packaging Solutions' supply chain strategy and development plan. Together with your team, the new Supply Chain Organisation for Corrugated Sweden, you will develop the platform, the processes and the department's technical tools.
The purpose of this position is to ensure deliveries to our customers by developing and offering a professional support function from the Supply Chain organisation. As Supply Chain Manager you will ensure efficient planning of raw materials, production, purchasing and suppliers, and coordinate with sales and purchasing as well as our partners for warehousing and transportation.
Main success factors are within areas such as:

• Customer satisfaction and communication with order-to-invoice processes

The new position is part of important changes within Stora Enso by which the Supply Chain function is coordinated in a matrix function. A challenge will be to coordinate tasks and to work in matrix mode. The Supply Chain Manager, Corrugated Sweden reports to the Supply Chain Director, Corrugated Europe. Accordingly, you will act as member of Corrugated Sweden's Management Team, representing the function within the Unit, and contributing to the success of the business.
To succeed in this position, you should have at least ten years' experience of working within the Supply Chain area including purchasing, sales and production in a manufacturing environment and international context. Additionally, you should have at least five years' experience as a manager and leader; have a well-developed ability to work through others and build teams with common working methods and culture. You should have a degree at the master level focusing on logistics, finance and Supply Chain management, or relevant and equivalent professional experience. Supply Chain in Stora Enso Sweden is currently developing it 's organization structure, processes and tools. That is why it is very important that you will be able to contribute methods for developing and equating processes and working methods as well as how to implement them. As the position places very high demands on creating understanding and trust in your department's contribution, it is important that you are responsive, confident and at the same clear in your communication. Your ability to network, build trustworthy relationships in combination with clear support for your organisation's performance are key ingredients for success in the role. In addition, you have personal qualities such as high analytical ability; you are able to see the 'big picture'; you are highly motivated and proactive, independent and have high personal integrity.
The position, which is based in Skene or Jönköping, requires some travel.
