hela Sverige Tetra Pak Straw Business, part of SCO (Supply Chain Operations) Additional Materials; develops, produce and supply wrapped drinking straws to portion package customers worldwide. Straw Business is enjoying good healthy growth and we are 12 factories, roughly 380 people, supplying annually 32 Billons straws globally. We use straw production equipment developed and managed by Tetra Pak, manufactured by suppliers.
We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager preferably located in Lund, Sweden, with some travels required. You will be part of the central straw team and the drive team for Supply Chain Integration in Additional Materials. You will work strategically and operationally, with central straw team functions, straw factories and cluster functions.
This role has high impact and wide scope across OFPM processes with exposure from suppliers to customers. The position will bring opportunity to develop and to get exposure to straw business in a multi-cultural and multi-location environment.
Main responsibilities
• Lead and manage global, end to end, volume allocation, supply chain coordination and optimization
• Continuously improve planning and logistics
• Act as Business Continuity and Export Control champion
• Develop and improve the supply chain process and capabilities
Qualifications
As a person, you have demonstrated excellent communication skills and you have a proven ability to develop effective relationships and gain credibility across all stakeholders.
You possess a high-level business understanding, autonomy with strong drive for results and ability to lead, collaborate and engage with people internally and externally. You are an analytical and organized team player, capable of using informal authority to motivate people and influence at all levels of organisations.
To be successful in this position you have a Master degree or equivalent in Engineering or Business Administration and at least 5 years' experience within Supply Chain or in a Business role. Experience from leading people is considered a merit and previous SAP/BO and WCM experiences are favourable.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
