The Supply Chain Manager represents Sweden Operations in the Global Product S&OP as the main contact with the Global Supply Chain Group. In addition, the Supply Chain manager leads the local Pre S&OP for their assigned brands as part of the leadership team.
The role
The Supply Chain Manager is accountable for delivering core planning processes within a brand portfolio ensuring that mid to long-term supply is effectively balanced against demand in the 3 - 24 month planning horizon. Furthermore, the Supply Chain Manager partners with the Global Supply Planner, leading the execution of the agreed brand strategy within the above horizon.
As a Supply Chain Manager in Sweden Operations, also known as Asset Planner, you will balance the supply and demand on assigned assets, assuring customer service whilst optimising site capacity usage and inventory within the given supply chain tactical plan framework, fully representing the site's commitments to the global supply chain plan.
You will be part of an entrepreneurial and diverse team working in a fast-changing environment and contributing to improving the lives of patients worldwide.
This role will be based in Södertälje.
Minimum experience
* 3-5 years in Supply Chain Environment (Manufacturing, Planning)
* Advanced supply chain (capacity and inventory) planning skills
* Experience in managing and developing solutions for supply chain events
* Understanding of different supply methods (IRL, VMI/CMI, Flow, Kanban)
* Understanding of supply chain planning parameters, master data and master data integrity & quality
* Experience in collaboration with the key interfaces within the end to end supply chain, with manufacturing and between supply chain and commercial functions
* Stakeholder management on a continuous basis (including at a senior level)
* Excellent communications, influencing and collaboration skills required to manage a multitude of customers and stakeholders.
Preferred experience/requirements
* Education requirements: A degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, Sciences or Engineering is preferred, equivalent experience will be taken into account.
* Experience in participating in the S&OP process
* Commercial experience is a plus
* SAP ERP (MRP) knowledge
