hela Sverige You will daily be handling a variation of tasks within freight forwarding and transportation.
In the Supply Chain Management - Customer Service department we handle import related customer service tasks with daily contact with customers, suppliers and other relevant stakeholders. We coordinate with colleagues globally (origin and/or destination countries) to ensure that all shipments are duly prepared for arrival.
Amongst other you will:
• Coordinate shipment pre advice as per routine.
• Ensure a customer profitability overview.
• Work with improving routines and our procedures in a lean organization.
• Coordinate operational tasks together with our Global Service Center.
We believe the candidate we are searching for have:
• At least 2 years' experience in a large Operations / Customer service team with minimum 1 year experience in the Logistics sector with Customer facing experience within Import processes
• Ability to plan, priorities and have a flexible approach
• Problem solving skills
• The ability to handle a large workload without compromising the cooperation with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
• A creative mind-set and being adaptable to change.
• Professional attitude/behaviour
• Good communication skills
• Well organized and ability to be a true team-player
• Deliver on set targets with the customer in focus
• SAP knowledge is preferable
• A high proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English
• A university degree within logistics or similar educational background within freight forwarding is an advantage.
