Your purpose & impact:
As the Supply Chain Lead you will own the operational flow within and out from our external warehouse and ensure that we can deliver to our customers on time, with the right products and in the most convenient and cost effective way. Part of the responsibility will also be to scale our B2B business from a supply chain perspective. This role is critical to us in order to build the customer love that we are aiming for and at the same time controlling a big share of the supply chain cost.
Some of the things you'll do:
• Own the operational relationship with our external warehouse and take decisions on priority in operations when needed
• Play an integral part in optimising availability of stock in our multiple warehouses
• Keep a dialogue internally with the digital growth team to capture adjustments to forecast in near time to secure capacity in WH operations and stock availability
• Align and confirm with the B2B team planned volumes and timelines for existing and new customers to secure warehouse capacity and stock availability
• Identify and drive improvement projects for our supply chain processes in the warehouse and distribution
• Follow up and improve KPIs to ensure we deliver high service levels at efficient cost
Skills and experiences important for this role:
• 5-10 years of deep supply chain knowledge and relevant work experience
• At least a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent with a record of high academic achievement
• Ability to oversee and prioritize but also have competence to dig into the details and understand specific order flows with ability to analyse large datasets
• Excellent ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive cross-functional consensus and results
• Willing to challenge status quo and always look for potential improvements
• Analytical minded, to control and understand the numbers and connect them to decisions taken and the required changes made to the outbound flows
• High understanding of information flows and data structures and preferred knowledge of IT systems to support the supply chain processes outbound
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required
• Experience using demand planning and ERP software (BC knowledge is an advantage)
• Ability to manipulate data and insights to make recommendations (SQL, Big Query & Google Data Studios knowledge is an advantage)
