About the role
The Supply Chain Integration Manager is a part of Logistics organized under IBL Engineering. The areas of responsibility are Packaging, Supplier Logistics Assurance, Customs, Inbound Logistics and Outbound Logistics for component and car assembly plants.
Lead and support the Logistics team/s for cross functional work, including but not limited to: Geared, XFPS. Drive the Logistics knowledge internally and within E&O in the cross functional work.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, support and coordinate the Logistics team to secure participation and deliveries within the scope of Geared and XFPS.
• Lead and drive Logistics demands in the cross functional teams, to secure a highly qualitative and lean end to end process.
• Educate on Logistics principles and Value Chain methods
• Decide Logistics input into XFPS templates.
• Escalate and drive relevant issues from XFPS to required level, within Engineering & Operations (E&O) environment.
• Collect Logistics requirement from all functions for key commodities
• Represent Logistics in Solutions
• Keep Logistics "High hurts" together
• Take an active role of Solution sourcing meeting
• Take an active role of Global Council meetings
Our client is looking for a Supply Chain Integration Manager to cover a maternity leave. This is a consultancy assignment through Adecco with start as soon as possible and until the end of 2024.
About you
The role requires long experience in Supply Chain and Automotive. We therefore see that you have over 10 years of experience in a similar role. Further we see that you are a driven individual that performs your tasks with accuracy and that you are a natural leader.
