SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER
We are looking for a Supply Chain Finance Business Partner. Do you want to be a part of the team?
Operations Finance team consists of 5 team members that are part of a bigger finance community supporting an international fast-paced organization focused on Operations and delivering high quality products in a very demanding environment. Working with us means enjoying living up to high demands as well as living Operations and working with highly qualified people supporting production and the delivery of our premium products every day.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a supply chain finance business partner, you will ensure proactive finance support to supply chain team and you will be reporting to the operations finance director.
• You will act as business partner for the supply chain department (procurement, planning, customer service and warehousing and freight costs)
• You will actively work on budget, last estimates and costs planning
• You will actively contribute to our S&OP roadmap and will bring expertise to make a step change and accelerate
• You will support the S&OP process and ensure the integrity of the end-to-end assumptions
• You will ensure a proactive and efficient cost control and will prepare analysis and bridges
• You will monitor and analyze the variances, bring transparency, and contribute to the definition of the action plan
• You will be part of the month end closing activities and will lead account analysis and reconciliation
• You will review the KPIs and connect them to the financials to bring transparency on trends and build action plan
• You will prepare the business cases for CapEx, value creation initiatives and savings plans
• You will prepare documentation for internal controls
• You will participate to IT projects and will support the digitalization journey
KEY SKILLSET REQUIRED

• Highly analytical, with ability to use the power of facts to bring insight make clear finance recommendations and commercial decisions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, while managing numerous work streams simultaneously to tight timelines
• Able to confidently interact with non-finance departments, understanding their key requirements and tailoring financial data to satisfy these requirements
• Strong supply chain knowledge and experience with S&OP cycle
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & Finance Software
• Proactive in challenging and influencing the business based on insights, knowledges, and facts
• Ability to understand business dynamics and be able to clearly articulate strategic priorities for the business from a finance perspective
ABOUT YOU
• University Degree Finance Management or similar
• Minimum 5 years of a broad general Finance knowledge from similar role such as Finance business partner, manufacturing controller.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and international organization with a high level of service.
• Skilled in communication - verbal, written and presentation skills, in English
• Knowledge of product costing, manufacturing finance and operation and S&OP
• Knowledge of supply chain principles and procurement
• Highly motivated strong and autonomous self-starter
• Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
• Integrity and approachability, as managers and employees must feel able to discuss sensitive and confidential issues with you.
• Ability to actively contribute to the team spirit of the finance team.
