hela Sverige We are now looking for a Supply Chain Expert with location in Örebro, Sweden
You will be responsible to drive continuous improvement actions to reach cash and service targets in the Northern Europe Territory. You participate in the DC transformation projects, E2E initiatives, and secure that Lean principles and standard processes are implemented.
Main tasks
• Gets involved and drive continuous improvement on CLO, Supply Chain design, stocking policy to meet customers and market specifications.
• Co-leads actions on E2E lead time reduction with Supply Chain performance.
• Ensures the compliance of the Lean principles and the implementation of standard processes. Supports and Participates in Lean Audits
• Promotes and secures the usage of standard tools to get the maximum value of them.
• Leads DSP related projects, represent DSP in cross-functional projects, events.
• Participates in the DC transformation projects.
• Supports and coaches Supply and Demand Planning teams.
• Leads continuous improvement actions to secure for full DC/LT material availability and service to customers.
• Secures shortage, pre-shortage, BOL management processes are in place in the DC.
• Ensure that the optimum stock parameters and MRP settings are in place in the DC
• Animates and coordinates the inventory optimization actions to reach DC and country inventory targets.
• Leads the Stock Management system
This position requires travelling and you need to be mobile 2 weeks per month in average.

Your competence and experience
• We are searching for a targeted person with strong background in Supply Chain.
• Preferably you have had a position as Supply Chain Manager in a plant or DC.
• You are fluent in English and you are expected to have a relevant Bachelor's degree.
