Do you want to be part of the future at Tetra Pak?!
A completely new filling machine platform for ambient milk is to be produced and tested at Tetra Pak in Lund and we are now looking for a skilled and enthusiastic person to be part of the Production Engineering group.
You will have an important role in the supply chain organisation when launching new filling machine platforms. Your overall task is to detect, drive and evaluate new test methods and impact on the production environment in a very early stage in the projects. You will prepare and support manufacturing start up of new and existing designs to optimize and assure production quality, cost and lead-time of filling equipment according to OFCE demands, guidelines and specifications during Product Creation, NPI and Order Fulfillment.
Some of your tasks will be to:
• Be part of the interface between D&E and Supply Chain including the supplier base to plan for introduction of new products and technologies securing supply chain performance.
• Early establishment of standards for assembly and test procedures together with methods for complete supply chain in order to influence new design, secure and control quality assurance of machine functions.
• Develop and optimize assembly and final test methods on existing machines
• Lead specific activities in NPIs and PLC and be member of Extended Teams.
• Balance tests in complete supply chain to secure effective final test.
• Drive supply chain requirements in development projects and existing design to simplify assembly, final test, i.e. archive improved quality assurance, shorter lead-times and less hours spent per machine.
• Lead and participate in WCM teams and continuous improvement activities (Kaizen) in area of responsibility.

To be successful you will need to have 4-5 years of experience in working with Manufacturing/ Test in production environment. If you hold knowledge in aseptic technology and lean production/WCM, this will be considered as a merit.
