Incell International is on an exciting growth track and we are now looking for a Supply Chain Director. You will be responsible for our Supply Chain strategy and process and coordinate our secure supply chain activities in order for us to achieve our goals.
About the position
You will be responsible for securing and managing our supply chain and run improvement work in close collaboration with management. Generate and implement an efficient Supply Chain, i.e. to establish an agile, efficient, secure and cost aware supply chain. The role reports to our CEO.
Main Responsibilities
You are responsible for all supply chain related questions, including supply chain strategies, supplier selection, secure supply tactics, business continuity strategies from a supply chain perspective, commercial matters, manufacturing, procurement, warehousing, logistics and customer order management. You and your team drive selection, qualification, negotiations and on-boarding process for new suppliers/CEMs as well as the in-house manufacturing and logistics functions. You constantly facilitate improvements of cost and supplier performance and at the same time secure the supply chain output based on given KPIs.
Qualifications and experience:
To succeed as our Supply Chain Director, you have the following qualifications
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain management, preferably for telecom infrastructure equipment.
• Set-up secure supply chain for a large, agile and fast-growing operation
• Driven selection, qualification and on-boarding process for new suppliers
• Manage and industrialize manufacturing operations organization
• Manage order fulfillment organization
• Set-up and manage secure supply from a business continuity and company strategy perspective
• Manage the secure supply chain in balance between flexibility and delivery performance vs. cost and capital employed
• Lead contract negotiations with secure supply chain in mind
• Developed new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are under-performing
• Closely cooperated with international suppliers and sub-contractors/CEMs
• Constantly facilitate improvements of supplier/manufacturing performance
• Driven cost saving programs including alternative sourcing, in/out sourcing and vendor evaluation criteria
• Manage organizations of 50+ employees
• Willing to travel
• Have the ability to work independently, take initiatives as well as lead a team
• English language business level and excellent communication skills
We are based in Kista, Stockholm but our customers are all over the world meaning shorter and longer international travels, quite often with short notice.
