hela Sverige We're searching for a Supply chain coordinator for one of our clients in Sollentuna. Start is in mid-January and six to nine months ahead, with the intention to offer a permanent position. Our client is undergoing some exiting changes and need to staff up in there logistic department.
Job Description:
The position is divided between strategic and operative day to day work and you will be responsible for planning all incoming and outgoing flows of raw materials, packaging material and finished goods to secure production volumes and to meet customer demands. You will support the warehouse and will be responsible for keeping stocks at optimal level, monitor supply chain operations, handle supplier purchase orders and customer orders at the warehouse. You will also be responsible for demand planning based on sales forecasts and provide support to other business functions in the development of customer and supplier solutions. You will assist in developing Supply Chain solutions from suppliers and to customers including transport price requests and customs handling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for demand planning
* Responsible for leading forecast meetings involving sales and innovation in setting correct forecast.
* Responsible for supply planning, involving call-offs of raw materials, packaging material, contract manufactured products and other production related materials.
* Long term production planning based on demands.
* Support management, internal and external customers in achieving the objectives with regard to sales and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor/resolve and process issues regarding supplier- and customer orders
* Stock control utilising the stock management system
* Sort out to the quality issues related to transports
* Check supplier invoices against received material.
* Secure customer deliveries by good cooperation with logistical functions and sales.
* Responsible for export documentation
To be comfortable in this role, you are used to work independently but can take a leading role when needed. You are confident in your work and can contribute with innovative thinking and solutions and have the ability to learn new tasks quickly. You see what needs to be done and are used to working proactive.
We seek you who have:
A couple of years' experience from similar assignments, great logical thinking and good vocal and written articulacy and with a good customer care talent. We also think you have:
* Experience of working with similar assignment within Supply Chain, preferably from the food industry
* A university degree in logistics
* Experience working in ERP systems, e.g. AX Dynamics or similar
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
* A requirement is to be fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and in writing
* Having worked in the food industry is meritorious
