Responsibilities
As Supply chain coordinator with master data responsibility you will join the Supply Chain and Processes team for Wind Generation within Vattenfall. You will support in optimizing value generation through supply chain and lead the development of our master data management.
Further you will contribute to challenge and improve supplier performance. You will be responsible for the interfaces towards wind farms as well as staff functions and drive the improvement of master data and maintenance plans.
As Supply chain coordinator with master data responsibility you will have the following key responsibilities:
• Develop a distinct procurement strategy for materials and services and execute with sourcing and vendor management
• Foster industrialization from supplier market perspective for new business
• Ensure that goods and services are sourced and delivered at best total cost of ownership available to Vattenfall on the supplier market
• To ensure that the value for Vattenfall stays at the high level or increases throughout the valid period of the contracts
• Set up and maintain our master data related to maintenance planning and supply chain
• Contribute to an international team with cross-country learning
Qualifications
Our best candidate has a relevant University degree or equal, with a minimum of five years relevant work experience in a similar position. Highly experienced in leading change in a large international organization. Solid understanding of sourcing and vendor management, and a genuine technical interest is a must. Your command of English is strong, both verbally and written.
As a person you are a strong negotiator with superior interpersonal skills, wide commercial interest and a strong credibility built through both business insight and leadership. We are looking for a person that have the ability to simplify complexity and to identify ?the 20% of the scope that drives 80% of the results?. You are a team player who actively engages people by asking, sharing, helping or asking for help and you are pro-active, transparent, performance and results oriented. Sound communication skills and analytical skills is a must.
