Supply Chain Coordinator
o Collaborating in close symbiosis with our Country Managers, Launch Manager and Demand Planning
o Reporting to the Business Unit Director
General Responsibility
Responsible for servicing the supply chain of, but not limited to, Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Poland and Switzerland
Alignment of stock service with Country Mangers
Responsible for Stock levels and internal stock movements
Responsible for monthly sales and demand Forecasts
Responsible for placement and monitoring of purchase orders
Responsible for maintaining the SAP system with updated information
Responsible for the identification, study and execution of ad-hoc supply chain projects
Accountabilities
• Product availability levels
• Stock levels
• Stock write-off levels
• Distribution costs
Requirements
• Academic University degree Business, Engineering, Science.
• Swedish Residence Permit
• Fluent in English speaking and writing; knowledge of other languages will be an asset (especially Spanish and German).
• 1+ year of experience in similar area. Experience of SAP is an asset.
• Strong Excel Software skills.
• Holistic understanding and curiosity of business-flow including financial considerations.
• Occasional travels
