We are looking for a quality-focused and service-minded Supply Chain Coordinator to be responsible for the international end-2-end supply chain of our photo studio kits - from order to final delivery to our clients.

Your days will likely include:

• Owning the supplier relationshipwith our manufacturing partners and suppliers - and working closely to optimize production regarding cost, quality and lead times
• Place production ordersfor new studios and studio components, and follow up on deadlines
• Maintain optimal levels of studio and component inventory for new products, upgrades and spare partsand keep relevant stakeholders up to date
• Organize studio logisticsto international clients, including shipments, insurance, and customs
• Work together with Support on warrantyand enable tracking of hardware products
• Suggest product improvements from a reliability and production perspective (to the Product Development team)

To be successful in this role you need:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management
• Strong coordination and project managementskills, attention to detail, and the willingness to take decisions
• A service-minded and happy-to-help attitude
• Full verbal and written proficiency in English and Swedish language
• Drivers license (B)
• Ability to ~ 20 % traveling to our production facility in Flen, Sweden
