We are now recruiting a Supply Chain Controller to our office in Malmö.
The position
The objective of the position is to secure financial performance of all entities in Supply Chain, consisting of four manufacturing sites and three logistics sites. You will act as dotted-line manager for Financial managers at the different sites and provide financial guidance to SVP Supply Chain in terms of daily operations of the entities, CAPEX, structural changes, M&A and follow-up of resourcing activities.
You will be responsible for budget and forecast processes and to train, coach and develop local financial organizations. Further, you will work with continuous process optimization within Supply Chain and at the different entities. This role offers a great opportunity to build up, form and develop our future Supply Chain organization!
Some of your key tasks include:
• Consolidation of financial numbers
• Safeguard legal compliance of all sites from a financial perspective
• Run various projects within SC and Participate in group projects
• Secure financial performance of all entities in Supply Chain
• Establish common processes for Supply Chain related to finances
• Legal compliance from a tax perspective
• Secure predictable and stable financial performance
The position reports directly to SVP Supply Chain and in matrix to CFO.
International travel is estimated to 30-60 days per year.
The person we are looking for has the following key characteristics:
• Minimum of five years controlling experience in a multi-site set-up
• Experience from production companies with detailed cost build-up
• Bachelor in Finance or Business administration
• ERP experience in M3 or SAP
• Experience of reporting tools like COGNOS, Hyperion or similar
• Experience from detailed product cost calculation
• Excellent English skills, verbally and written.
• Knowledge of Swedish, French, Mandarin or Polish is a merit.
As a person you have an analytical mind-set with a service minded and flexible attitude. You have a holistic view on Supply Chain together with a detail oriented working style.
