The mission of Supply Chain Excellence is to drive the development of supply chain strategy, deploy best practices within global supply chain operations, and to define and implement policies, processes, & standards.
Mission
The mission for the Supply Chain Control Tower is to support Supply Chain improvement initiatives by securing and continuously improving superior analytics, insights and contributions to value improvement initiatives. The Supply Chain Controller's responsibility is to maintain visibility on supply chain and financial performance.
Job description - focus areas
* Ownership over the Control Tower reporting, to maintain visibility / transparency in supply chain and financial performance
* Generating and continuous improvement of monthly supply chain reports, in the Control Tower (PowerBI environment)
* Together with the Supply Chain Excellence develop new supply chain reports, in the Control Tower and Power BI
* Maintain supply chain efficiency / savings reporting
* Analysis of Control Tower reports, to clarify evolutions and identify root causes of results
* Being the link between IT and Finance, you need to be able to understand both parts of the business and streamline communication with both
* Provide user management and training / support to (new) users
Personal requirements
To enjoy and succeed in the role as Supply Chain Controller you should have a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with all functions for the good of Epiroc. You are open to change and adaptable. We see that you have strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as you are business and supply chain oriented. We also see that you are able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels. As a person you are well organized and focused on continuous improvement - there is always a better way!
Education and experience
* Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
* 2-5 years of relevant experience from Controlling and Supply Chain
* Good understanding of both Supply Chain and Finance concepts
* Skillful BI and MS Excel user
* Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
Location
This location of this position is to be decided, preferred locations are set to Örebro or Fagersta Sweden. Regular on-site presence are required.
