We are currently seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Compliance Coordinator to a customer who will support and administrate the collection of Supplier Declaration of Compliance (DoCp) for Food contact material legislation.
In your role as Supply Chain Compliance Coordinator you will be contacting suppliers of components and/or materials in food contact and driving the process to obtain Supplier Declaration of Compliance (DoCp). Additionally, part of the role involves supporting suppliers and answering their questions when they are in the process of sending the necessary information to the client, as well as administrate and maintain databases and systems.
The position as Supply Chain Compliance Coordinator is a consulting assignment starting 11th of March to the end of December 2024.
About You
To fit for this assignment, we believe that you are a person who can communicate clearly and politely. You perform your work with precision and you are a driven person who gets motivated by exceeding expectations. Effective coordination abilities play a pivotal role in succeeding in this position.
Important for the role:
* Experience in regulatory matters and/or legislation on food and safety
* Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
* Proficient computer skills and experience in Excel and SAP
* General understanding of supply management and legislation on materials in food contact
* Experience in regulatory documentation is meritorious
* Experience from packaging, food or the medical industry is meritorious
