Oncopeptides, an innovative pharmaceutical company developing drugs for the treatment of cancer, are now looking to hire an outstanding Supply Chain Assistant who would like to help develop and maintain robust administrative systems to support a fluid supply chain. Job description
As Supply Chain Assistant you will be a part of the Chemistry Manufacturing & Controls department and work closely with Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Development Department. The Clinical Supply Chain Department oversee the supply chain from the Clinical Manufacturing Organisations to well over 100 clinics worldwide. The department also ensure labelling complies with Regulatory Authorities in over 20 countries. During this expansive phase you will be involved in a series of projects such as developing processes and selecting vendors for compliance with Falsified Medicine Directive/serialisation and Good Distribution Practice.

As Supply Chain Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Provide support to the clinics for their supply needs
• Prepare stock, invoicing and budgeting reports
• Label management and proofreading.
• Management of returns to depot.
• Processing of deviations.
• Document tracking and archiving of documents and study communications.
• Compilation of regulatory approval documentation for Qualified Person release.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and tender assessment.
• Tracking stability studies and stocks.
• Assisting with archiving documents.


Qualifications
To fit the role you have a relevant degree and a couple of years relevant experience from general administrative work preferably within the field of supply. It is a strong merit if you have experience from working in regulated environment e.g. GMP, GDP, ISO. Excellent computer and relevant software skills and fluent written and spoken English is a is a prerequisite.

Oncopeptides
Oncopeptides is a pharmaceutical company developing drugs for the treatment of cancer. The company is focusing on the development of the lead product candidate melflufen (Ygalo®), a peptide conjugated alkylator, belonging to a new class of drugs called, Peptidase Enhanced Compounds. Melflufen is intended as an effective treatment of hematological cancers, in particular multiple myeloma. The goal with the current clinical study program is to demonstrate better results from treatment with melflufen compared with established alternative drugs for patients with multiple myeloma. Melflufen will potentially provide physicians with a new treatment option for patients suffering from this serious disease. Oncopeptides was established in 2000 with headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. Today the company consists of 50 coworkers in Europe and USA.
