The role
This is a new and exciting role within our new Paulig Foods Division - as a Supply Chain Analyst you will play a key role in our Business Excellence team within Supply Chain. We are a team that strive for excellence and we focus on analytic insight, pre-studies and process development. The mission for our team is to enable operational improvements that should enable to achieve and sustain results as defined by the company's strategic plans. More about the role
We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst who will be focusing on the financial flow data within the area of Supply Chain. The role should gain a solid knowledge and understanding of the business needs, be able to assess impact of change, collect and compile data, analyze requirements and documenting the insights that is needed for further development in our processes. You will contribute with short- and long-term strategic priorities and recommendations that are actionable in alignment with Paulig Foods Supply Chain and Divisional priorities.
This role reports directly to the Business Excellence Manager and is located in Mölndal. This role requires traveling.
Main Responsibilities
• Continuously develop and lead the work to set process and way of working within Supply Chain
• Drive and lead improvements from process and system support perspective
• Support and perform analysis profitability of segments and categories
• Follow up, make analyses and create financial business cases to reduce costs
• Develop consistent data & tools needed for the business.
• Drive decision-making processes.
• Ad-Hoc reports
• Collect relevant Supply Chain Market Intelligence Data & communicate with internal stakeholders like Sales and Marketing and Business Control. Information that is needed for pricing.
• Train and educate the organization in the appointed tools.
To be successful in this role
You have a Bachelor or Master degree of Business Administration or equivalent skills and a background of at least 3 years of relevant work experience in business administration.
You enjoy problem solving and approaching situations from different perspectives. You possess strong communication skills and have integrity. You are enthusiastic and a positive team player who can approach partners and stakeholders in a cross functional environment and build strong relationships. You are good at seeing the big picture and compiling data. Excel and PowerPoint will be your main tools and it is a merit if you have experience from BI Tools. All in all, good understanding of data and financial flows and how it affects the business.
Your background
You may have a background with Financial Analytics as a Sales Controller or Purchasing Controller or/and Business Controller in a sales or/and supply chain driven organization. You can also have a background from an accounting firm and ready for the next step.
