Tetra Pak is using ground breaking new digital technologies to manage our supply chain, delivering even more value to our customers. The department of Integrated Supply Chain is driving the development to ensure that we maintain and extend our industry leadership by driving digital business development and building internal capabilities. At the core of the department we have the Supply Chain Analytics team with focus on development of predictive and prescriptive models that help improving human decision making.
Main responsibilities
• Work in collaboration with Tetra Pak 's five Geographical Clusters and the central supply chain organization to build the future digital capabilities in supply chain planning
• Promote a Data Driven culture and strategy for Tetra Pak 's decision making. Including decision support for S&OP and strategic supply chain optimization
• Manage optimization and other advanced analytics methods to support in strategic and tactical decision making
Qualifications
You are curious about operational processes like SCM, S&OP, Inventory Management, KPI's and decision supporting systems. You can translate analytic insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for business or product improvement and communicate these findings. Furthermore, you take efforts to enable independent interpretation of results through education, improved tool and data visualization.
Experience of distributed databases and query languages such as SQL or MS Access is a merit. You have a common knowledge of data structures and the ability to work with Excel on an advanced level.
You have extensive knowledge in Tetra Pak PM planning systems and master data, with at least three years' experience working with factory or cluster planning.
Knowledge in capacity management is a strong merit.
To be successful in this role you need to be curious to continue to explore the technology and knowledge evolution. Most of the work is done in cross functional and geographical diverse, formal or informal teams, therefore your interpersonal skills are important. You are good at accurately scope the length and difficulty of tasks and to break it down into process steps. It also comes easy for you to provide the right information to individuals so they can make accurate decisions. Written and verbal English skills are essential.
