This is a great opportunity for a student who wants to gain experience in planning as well as working in an international company. We are looking for summer backups from June to August 2025.
Dellner Couplers in Vika south of Falun are looking for one Supply and one Production Planner, the roles might also be combined during the period. We are an expansive and international company that delivers sustainable, innovative, and high-quality products and services to train operators and builders worldwide. Our product line consists of couplers, gangways, and crash management systems for the rail industry.
The Supply Chain organization, with Operation and Planning departments, is responsible for analyzing, understanding, and controlling the complete flow from sub suppliers of material, transport to stock and assembly of finished products. Task could include order handling, analyzing delays and communicating consequences or need for rescheduling. Our suppliers and customers are both internal and external. The work involves close collaboration with all Dellner's functions, including subcontractors.

Your role
The roles as Production and/or Supply Planner include monitoring needs and placing orders on materials according to production needs and ensuring timely deliveries. The responsibility also includes analyzing inventory levels, ensuring that the ERP system is properly configured and set up with the right master data - and thus enabling intelligent planning.

• That you are studying to get a university degree equal to a BSc or MSc.
• You speak both Swedish and English and have good communication skills.
• You have easy to learn, are driven, service-oriented and flexible with a very good collaboration ability.
• You have a great sense of responsibility and take ownership.
Success factors
• In this role, you need a large work capacity and be able to plan your work by yourself.
• You enjoy taking actions and you prioritize quickly and adjust your level of ambition according to the current needs of the business.
• It is important that you have a good numerical and analytical ability including good knowledge in MS Excel for data processing.
• Knowledge of M3 or other ERP system is a merit.
