About the position
We are looking for a Supplier Response Expert (SRT Expert) based in our Swedish / Gothenburg office. The position is dedicated to solve escalations to supplier, crisis reaction and resolution, as well as risk monitoring and prevention, responding to the Global Supplier Response Manager.
As main objectives, the professional is going to perform the procedures provided by Kongsberg's Instruction for Supplier Escalation Process and directives from the Global Supplier Response Manager, including reaction to supply disruptions as well as risk monitoring and prevention to avoid or minimize line stops at Kongsberg and its customers.
Qualifications and experience
• 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing companies. Preferably with a minimum of 3 years' experience within the automotive industry
• Experience in logistics planning, tools and manufacturing engineering
• Fundamentals of Crisis or Risk Management desirable
• University degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering or similar background
• Computer skills including MS Office
• SAP knowledge desirable
• Written and spoken English at C1 conversation level. Further linguistic skills are considered an additional qualification.
• Great sense of urgency, pragmatism and of ownership of the crisis
• Pro-active, self-propelling
• Can-do attitude and resilient
• Hands-on style
• Systematic and data-driven mindset
• Strong teamworking Facilitation skills with a high focus on mobilizing solution and follow-up meetings
• Good conflict management skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel globally, where crisis occur
• High degree of personal integrity and confidence
