The Sourcing and License department seeks to expand the team through the recruitment of an experienced Supplier Relationship Manager.
Key performance areas
As Supplier Relationship Manager you will manage, develop and promote the ongoing strategic relationships between Sandvik IT Services and selected suppliers with focus on contract management, delivery performance, commercial management, communication and relationship development. You are also a key resource that can adopt a broad business perspective both internally and externally. You understand the interrelationship of processes, technologies, and resources needed to identify opportunities and cost saving initiatives for the parties' mutual benefit, development and promotion. You can embrace the challenge to build, manage and develop business relationships in a global environment.
Your profile
You have an academic education and relevant business acumen developed over several years of work experience in the corporate arena. You have a good understanding of large contract structures and are conversant with key terminology, possess a good understanding of service delivery and are commercially adept.
You are result orientated, possess good communication skills and a high level of integrity and are stress resistant. You have good analytical skills and can drive the sourcing process forward. Your approach is structured and service-oriented. Furthermore, you enjoy new challenges, deliver professional results and possess an eye for detail. You are fluent in both written and verbal English.
