As Supplier Quality Manager, you will lead a team of twenty coworkers and have the overarching responsibility for quality assurance, suppliers' quality performance and our overall quality management. Operating at the center of events, you will also drive change management, train our international suppliers and implement great structure and quality processes globally. All while sharing best practice, collaborating with local and global business units and establishing a culture where quality is part of our DNA. All in all, this position will provide you with a large network, important assignments and great opportunities to influence further growth and success - both yours and ours.
Your personal attributes are vital for success. As Supplier Quality Manager, you need the skills and willpower to develop your colleagues to become autonomous, as well as to create great team-spirit and engagement. It is also important that you have a strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Naturally, this needs to be combined with an innovative and global mindset as well as a strong drive. Ideally, you have been working with supplier quality within manufacturing for three years and you have experience from a managerial position with direct reports. If you have a black belt in Six Sigma, you will use this knowledge in our position. Since we are an international company, fluency in both English and Swedish is a must.
