What you'll do?
As Supplier Quality Engineer, your main responsible are to secure quality assurance for sourced components to finally sign off the Production Part Approval (PPAP), both for new and existing products. But also responsible for supplier qualification process including supplier onboarding, monitoring of audit results and tracking of corrective measures.
One important task is to be the speaking partner between supplier and manufacturing plant in order to ensure effectiveness in design for manufacturing (DMF), technology and control plans.
There will be supplier visits ( Trial Runs, Run at Rate, P-FMEA Go and See) and audits according to IATF, VDA and Veoneer Standards and you will be working closely with various teams, such as Product Development and Procurement and also globally within the SQE organization.

To succeed in this position, we think that you have:
• University degree in electronics/quality or other relevant experience
• Experience as Process or Quality Engineer, preferably in the electronics
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Basic knowledge of quality tools used in Automotive, such as FMEA, MSA Gage R&R, Capability studies (Ppk/Cpk) and SPC as well as problem solving according to 8D, PDCA, or equivalent.
