Publiceringsdatum2010-10-14Dina arbetsuppgifterWe are looking for a supplier quality engineer, (SQE), within the supply chain management department for supplier quality assurance.
The work mainly contains of proactive work with our new and ongoing suppliers to secure high quality on incoming material to Kumla and our EMS partners. By using quality tools and performing process audits we can control our supplier's processes. This will be done along the whole product life cycle.
Internally within Kumla you will have interface with supply change management. Externally, you will have interfaces with Ericsson R&D centers, sourcing and of course your main focus, our suppliers.
Travelling is a natural part of this position.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We are looking for a person with a technical bachelor degree in mechanics or equivalent experience. You should have a proactive attitude and be used to working in complex environments. As a person you are independent, self-confident and well organized with an analytical mind.
We are also looking for a supplier quality engineer who has:
• knowledge to read and understand technical specifications (incl. Drawings)
• practical and theoretical experience of production processes
• ability to handle difficult discussions and difficult situations
• computer skills (MS Office, SAP, CBS)
• excellent knowledge of the English and Swedish language, both verbally and in writing
• very good communication and presentation skills.
To be successful in this position you should also be quality minded and used to working with quality tools. The preferred candidate should have good communication skills as the role involves a wide variety of communication and interaction with suppliers and users throughout the Ericsson organization.
