We are recruiting a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to our Sourcing Department, reporting to Manager Strategic Sourcing. In this role you will help Cochlear to realise its mission by making sure our direct material has the right quality level. You will secure that specification requirements are properly understood by the supplier and that the supplier manufacturing process has the potential to produce consistently to meet these requirements. You will perform supplier audits, handle changes on existing products, participate in new product development projects and work closely with colleagues from other departments as well as external suppliers.

You Bring Your Skills and Experience
Cochlear Bone Anchored Solution is growing and we are looking for people with highly specialised skills and capabilities who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers.
We are looking for a person who can demonstrate the following skills and competences:
Technical education on a University level, or long experience from quality assurance within manufacturing industry.
At least 3 years demonstrated experience working with component qualification, preferably using PPAP and APQP.
At least 3 years demonstrated experience of clean room manufacturing.
Experience of performing audits.
Very good communication skills (oral and written), Swedish and English.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
The ability to solve problems and collaborate to get work done that delivers benefits for Cochlear?s customers.
