hela Sverige For our Supplier Chain Department we are now looking for a Team Leader for our Arrival Inspection Team. At our Innovation Centre in Sweden, you will be a meaningful player in ensuring a fast and efficient supply chain that meets the demands from our production and our customers. What You Will Do
Coordinate the arrival inspection teams daily activities in order to meet the material demands from production
Qualify new or updated parts from development projects and product maintenance activities
Evaluate delivered parts to ensure they meet the requirements set in drawings and specifications
Perform mechanical measurements of parts using different methods from calipers to CMM (Coordinate-measuring machine)
Daily dialog with Supplier Quality Engineers on decision making regarding deviating parts
Develop and Maintain work procedures and control instructions to improve daily efficiency
Who You Are
You like working with a combination of operative work and coordination of the group's activities and output
To succeed in this role, you like working in a multi-functional environment, driving the supplier base to high quality standards.
We believe you have a degree in mechanical engineering with experience from arrival inspection and parts qualification with high quality standards
Communication is key in the role so we are looking for someone that likes open dialog and problem solving
We operate in an international environment so you need to be proficient in both verbal and written English and Swedish is a plus.
As a person, you are willing to take action with a personal strive to continuously improve quality and to get things done by yourself and through others

The location for this position is in Gothenburg with the possibility to work from home up to two days a week.
