About the position:
UIQ technology works with many partners both technology and service providers. They are a key in the development of the UIQ product and projects. It is very important that we work closely with them in
an integrated environment. As the platform grows the number of suppliers will increase. Therefore we need to strengthen the sourcing area with a Supplier manager.
As a Supplier Manager you will work with our suppliers to plan and ensure that they have the ability to deliver and integrate their products and services in an efficient way, resulting qualitative and
timely deliveries. You will be responsible for the Software Supplier processes.
Part of the work is to participate in audits of our suppliers, and to maintain good relationships with them. Thus travelling to different parts of the world, mainly in Europe, is necessary.
Education:
• A university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
Knowledge:
• Basic knowledge in concepts like CMMI, ISO9001, TQM
• Project models and Agile methodologies
• Project Management
• Leadership
• Verification & Validation
• Risk Management
• Requirements engineering & management
• Metrics management and reporting
• Fluent in English

Experience:
Experience from working in software projects is essential, either as quality coordinator or project manager.
