Job Summary
Would you like to join our team, managing our global supplier base for OEM?
OEM Supplier Management is a part of the Finance and Supplier Management (FSM) organization and responsible for developing and driving the Tetra Pak global procurement strategy. As an integrated part of that, we are also responsible for defining and managing our category strategies and our Supplier base.
We are now looking for Supplier Manager who will be responsible for our global supply categories and interact directly with our strategic and preferred suppliers being involved in strategic initiatives with Tetra Pak's PSE Business Streams, Services and Development & Technology organizations.
The positions are permanent and based in Lund.
What you will do
In the role as Supplier Manager, you will work in close collaboration with our business stakeholders, our different supplier management functions, and our suppliers. You will be responsible to drive category strategies, which include activities such as spend and market analysis, strategic sourcing projects, support stakeholders in project delivery, supplier relationship management, contract management and performance review, all to support our journey towards a world class procurement management.
You will focus on:
Define, implement, and manage category strategy for category OEM Motion
Sourcing, contracting and management of our supplier base within the category
Act as a values business partner towards our stakeholders (e.g. PSE Business Streams, Services and Development & Technology)
Define and manage performance for your suppliers
Drive or participate in specific improvement project within the OEM Segment
We believe you have
We are looking for a driven, target oriented and flexible candidate with a passion for business and teamwork. Your commercial mindset, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills, combined with your desire to deliver as a team enables you to easily manage our agenda across borders, building and maintaining strong relationships internally as well as externally. You are ready to travel if needed. You have a university degree preferably within Business and/or Engineering. You have a good command in English, both written and verbal. We believe you have at least 5 years of Supplier Management or Supply Chain Management background, preferably within the area of OEM, Manufacturing or equivalent.
