The scope of operation for Supplier management is to secure supply from our supplier to Ericssons products in the production site Katrineholm and to Ericssons market units for IP products. We have around 150 supplier and it is from simple resistors to advance components and high tech products with the latest technology.
You will have an important role in the whole product life cycle, from New Product Introduction to face out of products. The main responsibility area are to secure a reliable material situation, In short term by handle escalations from Ericsson and in long term by driving improvements program both towards our supplier and internal in Ericsson.
You will work in cooperation with Sourcing, Product Introduction Management (PIM), Global Services, Productions and in some case Ericssons market units.
Supplier management is currently seeking for a supplier developer that will have the responsibility of a number of suppliers that need to improve the performance. Which suppliers it will be, will be defined after your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Good knowledge of supply chain
Good knowledge of agile/lean productions
Good skills in Swedish and English
Ability to work in teams
Good communication and cooperation skills
Good in driving changes and analytical skills
Knowledge in components and telecom products is positive as well as experience in supplier development or sourcing.
