Purpose of the role
Secure services and goods needed for our operations. Work with establish ways of working to get sustainable supplier contracting and partnerships.
Accountabilities
• Responsible for assigned sourcing projects and team projects.
• Coordinate data gathering to support our contracting efforts.
• Participate in and manage negotiations and contracting processes.
• Administrate supplier contracts, follow up and reports.
• Participate in the work with establishing data driven decisions.
• Engaged in the work with optimize our processes, systems, and tools.
• Participate in the work with Supplier sustainability engagement and assessments.
• Gather and work with visualizing data in new or existing dashboards.
Knowledge & Skills
• Analytical, detailed oriented
• Good understanding of our IT systems and data.
• Knowledge of PowerBI with a strong interest in data and making data driven decisions
• Experience of leading projects
• Self-going and take initiative.
• Process oriented and organized.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Computer literate - strong in excel, powerpoint
• Team player and service-orientated
• University degree

• The role interacts with a wide number of stakeholders internally and externally.

To be successful within this role we believe you have solid understanding of procurement processes, knowledge, and some experience in buying with understanding of direct procurement activities. You have analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills with interest in IT platforms, systems, and improvement opportunities.
