SCO BM (Supply Chain Operations, Base Materials) is the organisation within Tetra Pak that procures and secures quality of all base materials Tetra Pak use to manufacture packaging material, opening devices, drinking straws, etc.
We are looking for a Leader who can coordinate and manage our efforts around supplier audits and continuous improvement.
You will have 2 main responsibilities. Audits and WCM/Continuous improvements.
Supplier Audits create the foundation on which we approve and re-approve suppliers, ensuring fulfilment of our requirements and needs. Internal audits are used to ensure compliance to the standards we follow. Furthermore, we apply a continuous improvement mindset for how we work internally and externally, following established processes and procedures. In your role, you will use a great deal of guidance from internationally recognized standards such as ISO 9001 & 22000 & BRC GS Packaging Material.
This position is based in Lund, Sweden
What you will do
Lead all work required to ensure we have a well-functioning supplier audit system complying with relevant standards and requirements
Lead the work in creating audit plans, short as well as long term
Lead the work in identifying and how to develop lead- and co-auditors
Lead the Audit Team, which is a cross-organisational team, proposing audit plans, amendments to plans as well as identifying potential changes to how we prepare, plan, execute and follow-up on audits
Lead the relationship with potential external audit partners
Measure effectiveness of cross organisational teams/WCM pillars
Holistically review how we work with suppliers as well as internal way-or-working with a continuous improvement mindset. When required, propose improvements
Pulse agreed top Quality improvement activities at regular intervals
Secure compliance to relevant standards in collaboration with Food Safety responsible and Quality Manager.
Who you are
We believe you have:
A university degree. You also have had extensive exposure to audits either as auditor or as auditee. In addition, you have either been driving WCM initiatives or frequently been participating in continuous improvement activities. Knowledge and expertise in BRC GS Packaging Material and ISO 9001/22000 are considered a merit.
Your strongest ability is to collaborate. You are confident and dynamic yet humble in personality with a high level of drive and appetite to develop both personally and the environment/people around you. You are passionate about structure and good order. You are a Team-player as well as an individual contributor with high personal drive.
Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and verbal. Other languages is considered a merit.
