Your role
As Supervisor your main responsibility is to lead and distribute work done within the Excon/Comms/Facility Team that concists of 5-7 persons. You will act as the main interface between both customer and internal projects and the department and have responsibility for the deliverables from the Team.
You will report to the Head of Application and be stationed in Huskvarna.
The main tasks are:
* Daily Governance/Division of labour
* To appoint the right employees from their area of responsibility to participate in assignments while ensuring that all commitments are being met within their area of responsibility.
* To monitor and support employees in their work with regards to HOW their duties are being carried out.
* At PULS, actively report deviation - actions for its own Team in project follow-up, and this happens before PULS meeting in consultation with affected project leaders.
* Delivery Manager for the Team
* Information responsibility to and from the Team
* Plan / adapt resources in the Team according to the organization's needs and document this Antura in consultation with the respective project managers.
* Organizational development of the Team
* Absence request/time billing
* Participate in the setting of Performance appraisal for designated personnel
* Participate in the setting of wages for all in the Team
* Quality responsible for the Team
* Introduce new employees in the Team
Your profile
To thrive in this role, you are proactive and take full responsibility for performance of the Team. You can easily create trust within the Team and the rest of the organisation. You are used to efficiently collaborate with members within a small team and employees from different levels within the company.
Required skills:
* Bachelor degree in Engineering
* At least 3 years of experience from a similar role
* Documented experience of supervising personel
* Ability to understand different types of persons and how to stimulate them during the daily work
* Understanding of network and telecom solutions
* Good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
* Ability to create a structured work environment for a team
* Show drive, be pro-active and have ability for self-management.
* Ablity to travel to a certain extent
Desired skills:
* Military background
* Other language skills other than Swedish and English
* Driving License
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
