Med stöd av befintliga resurser och tillförsel av japansk spetsteknologi startar företaget en ny verksamhet i Trollhättan, där utveckling och produktion inriktas på elbilar. Målet är att bli en ledande tillverkare av elbilar.
National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB (NEVS) builds on the Saab Automobile AB legacy of innovative power, quality, progressive design and a firm commitment to environmental and safety issues. Our aim is to be a front runner in the automotive industry, with focus on electric vehicles.
Research, development and manufacturing is a match between Swedish know-how in manufacturing and design and Japanese advanced technology. Research and development is conducted as a collaborative effort between Swedish, Japanese, and Chinese engineers.
The plant at Trollhättan is the main hub of National Electric Vehicle Sweden, including head office, research & development and manufacturing.
Description
In order to effectively restart Production, we need an experienced Supervisor in Quality to
• be responsible for managing the operations and personnel in
Quality Engineering & Projects area
• lead, coach and train their staff
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in
• in the automotive industry, at least 10 years
• QCC, "artikelanalys", quality issues in production etc for
different design areas etc
• product knowledge
• in personnel management
• Lean Production System
You also have
• drivers license B
• good color perception
• knowledge in safety and environment
You master English, both spoken and written, and experience in communicating with foreign contacts
To be successful in this role you need to have the ability to

• have customer focus
• make priority setting

National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
