The plant at Trollhättan is the main hub of National Electric Vehicle Sweden, including head office, research & development and manufacturing.
Description
We are looking for a Supervisor who will lead our Pilot Department working with, amongst other tasks:
• plan and set up new operator stations
• time studies of Line and operator stations
• lead the Kaizen work and improve efficiency
• support new projects, create shop floor documentation
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in
• process planning
• at least 10 years experience in automotive industry
• kaizen and other improvement techniques
In order to be successful in this role you have
• ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously
• ability to identify and coop with customer demands
• a open mind and the talent to work with others
• ability to lead and develop the group
