At Electrolux Professional in Ljungby, we are now looking for an ambitious, outgoing and structured Supervisor to take our world class manufacturing to the next level.
A regular day at work
Direct & Coach Team Members for Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Standardized Work and Continuous Improvement.

Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems.

Play an active role in the Production Management Group

You are
Proactive. You're not just solving the tasks you are given, you always think ahead.
Structured. You are used to handling both smaller and bigger projects at the same time.
Prestigeless. You always let the best idea win, no matter whom it comes from.
A people person. You thrive in large, diverse groups and get a kick out of meeting new people.

Education & experience
Fluent in Swedish and English.
At least 2 years in a leading position.
Great communication skills
Technical interest
