Our Manufacturing Department is creating a strong foundation of skills for new technologies and innovations. We have a committed passion to create and deliver iconic and desirable global products suitable for volume production.
In order to effectively build up a new Training Team inside the Manufacturing Organization, we are now looking for an experienced Supervisor.
Description
You will lead a Training Team that includes all of our Manufacturing Departments, which is incorporated in a bigger unit inside the Manufacturing Organization. The Training Team that you will lead will be responsible for training both internal and external employees. As a Supervisor for this area you will also lead the cross-functional Lean activities.
The role as Supervisor Lean and Training involves:
• Being responsible for ensuring that each function has the right training and are well prepared for their task
• Leading the training of both internal and external employees
• Development of internal training
• Proposing, implementing and developing methods and tools
• in the field
• Coordinating the development and implementation of methods
• and processes between our plants
• Cross-functional work
• Working with the efficiency of bringing value-adding activities
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
• Extensive knowledge and 10 years' experience in working with Lean Production System
• Excellent pedagogical skills
• Experience in personnel management
To be successful in your role, you have the ability to have:
• Good communication skills, both spoken and written
• Functional and technical skills
• A solution-oriented and a coaching approach
• Good collaborative skills and establish good relationships
You master English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
The work may also involve some travel.
Great consideration will be given to your personal aptitude for the position.
