Let us the describe the challenge we offer

As a Superintendent at Casting, you will create clarity by leading and inspiring people through purpose. You will show courage by taking ownership, acting with integrity and trust. Also, you will embark on an exciting journey, with the initial focus developing your own skills in the field.

Additionally, you will lead the recruitment and development of a new team, ensuring they are fully prepared to handle the casting and processing of products using our new production equipment.

What you'll do

You will be a carrier of the company culture and from the start create an open-minded, equal and fair workplace with inclusion and diversity, where people are the core. Your customer focus towards the production organization is essential to create good results in line with the business objectives.

In your role, you will lead and build-up the production organization and ensure a strong commitment from everyone in the team. A large part will consist of coaching your team by showing personal commitment and being clear in your communication. Your role involves leading three areas that are in an exciting build-up phase: Tool&Die, Machining and Casting Production.

Furthermore, you are also responsible for managing according to the principles of the production system by visualizing deviations, ensuring activities that enable development and ensuring that current and decided working methods are applied and followed up.

You and your profile

We are looking for a committed high pace manager who has a high safety mindset and an understanding of the importance of a good safety culture. You are courageous in your actions and have a high level of integrity combined with a genuine interest in leading, inspiring and developing people.

We see that you have significant experience in the process industry, robot or process control. You have leadership experience combined with a post-secondary education with a focus on technology. As a person, you are data-driven, and you are also good at visualizing data so that others can understand.

Your leadership and accountability will be crucial, and we are looking for you to seize this opportunity to motivate your team and drive exceptional performance over a 3-shift operation.

To be successful in this role you are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. You also have ability to both lead and motivate employees alongside extended knowledge in methods, tools, processes, and ways of working in the factory. You are a strong believer in the power of people and your hold a strategical mindset with an ambition to develop future business with a holistic view.
