Job Description
Coordinate and support improvements to the common areas of the Engineering Laboratory
Tool sortiment
Storage areas
Inventory/database of laboratory equipment, tools and spare parts
Ordering of new tools/equipment
Support with documentation/databases of what equipment is stored where
Establish new storage routines and communicate with the Engineering Department
Provide greater order in the laboratory
Qualifications
Forklift truck license and relevant experience
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Problem solving mindset
Open to new ideas and solutions
Able to take responsibility for own work and use own initiative to find solutions
Ability to work in a team environment and be a good communicator
