* You will work as Spare parts order handling and purchasing assistant in our JBT EMEA Head Office located in Helsingborg and support our Spare parts team within the Customer Care department during the weeks 23 to 32.
* Execute tasks within the addressed areas; placement and follow up och purchase orders to Swedish and International suppliers, registration and coordination of spare parts and new equipment component orders from our sister companies in Asia Pacific, Latin America and US. You will work close with purchasing, logistics, shipping etc. and have many international contacts.
Our focus is finding the right person that are interested in joining our company during the summer and get experience from an international environment. As a person you are flexible and good at handling multiple tasks as well as working in a high paced environment.
You have/are:
* Preferably work experience from similar tasks
* Good reading and writing skills in English
* Good administration skills and a high service level
* Responsible and accurate
