About the position
We are now looking to appoint a summer worker for the Human Resources Division. The HR team leads the work to define, find, attract, recruit, relocate, develop and retain employees, and also contribute to making ESS an attractive and inspiring workplace. HR supports and coaches the management, line managers and employees in the work to reach ESS strategies and goals.
As a Human Resources summer worker your main tasks will be to carry out HR related tasks such as general HR admin, archiving, digital clean-up among folders, documents etc., answering queries from the organisation, e.g. verbally, in writing, and via our ticket system, joining meetings, taking and distributing minutes, preparing presentations in PowerPoint, updating our intranet from an HR perspective, proofreading and feedbacking on documents, review other HR related information.
About you
A suitable background for this position would be:
• Ongoing HR education at university, or similar.
• Some administrative experience.
• Some customer service experience.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Minimum age 18 years.
We believe that you enjoy communicating and collaborating with a variety of people in an international environment, and helping them out when needed. You are good at taking initiative and not afraid to ask questions in order to move forward with your work. You are also thorough and have an organisational ability.
Duration and location
This is a summer work position of 1-2 months, as agreed. Planned start date is in June, 2026 or per agreement.
Your workplace is on-site at ESS in Lund, Sweden.
