You need to be available between weeks 24-33 for this position.
Main Tasks
React on requests from business users or IT, via Cosmos/Self Service Portal
Handle the request by priority
Follow agreed process to drive the request to fulfilment
Main Tasks
Create, amend and delete Master Data
Develop and perform master data trainings for business counterparts to ensure appropriate involvement and understanding of Master Data processes
Review and respond to enquiries related to Master Data, taking a decision or escalating issues, concerns or risks as appropriate
Perform regular data reviews, identify issues or improvement areas related to data handling, perform root cause analysis and recommend improvement activities to safeguard data quality
Calculate and follow-up on KPI's, and perform ad hoc reporting and data analysis
Support and co-operate with Business Data Users and other stakeholders on request
Report system incidents and drive system improvements with IT; represent business in system change activities including taking the lead in system testing and business verification
Contribute to projects and initiatives related to relevant master data
Key Competencies
Fluent in English
An ongoing education within IT is an advantage
General IT knowledge
Strong user orientation
Able to cope with impatient customers, diplomatic
Willing to work with global customers and teams
Administratively strong
Sufficient knowledge of the business to be able to assess impact of the request
Ability and willingness to work according to Essity processes and procedures
Strong in communication both text and verbal
Good skills in information gathering
Proactive
