Job Description:

Services, Media and Network features (ER SMN) is one of eight research areas at Ericsson Research. We are working on a wide range of topics including media compression, 5G core network and service orchestration, platforms and devOps tools, IoT gateways and protocols, media distribution and service aware networking, ICT transformation analysis, WebRTC, future device technologies and much more.

Our focus is on expanding the notion of a network and include a full end-to-end view on the challenges for the Networked Society including a technology perspective, an operations perspective and a deployment perspective. We believe that a strong service provider viewpoint where our results can be proven to add end-user value is our best contribution to the success of the future Ericsson. And those results we find by constantly challenging ourselves and our results, using external validation for our concepts and our ideas.

We're now looking for M.Sc. students in Computer Science, Computer Communications, Signal Processing, or similar for Summer Job projects.

If you have a strong drive and passion together with a highly analytical mindset and great knowledge of software development you could be whom we are searching for.
