In this exciting growth journey, we are looking for two-three Summer Interns to join our Operations Team. We look for people who have that magical mix of being great at what they do, show a strong drive, and can obsess over consumer centricity, whilst being humble and eager to learn.
As an Operations Intern, you'll work in the heart of our operations, where the magic happens. Therefore, it's important that you're a smooth operator with excellent communication skills. You're focused on the task and eager to develop, both yourself as well as the business. In the start-up world things move quickly, so you'll need to be flexible and open to changes (for the better).
Examples of projects and tasks
• Creating optimized routes and maintaining forecast volumes in order to make sure we have the operational capacity in all of our region
• Communicating with our partners on a daily basis, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service
• Building good relationships with our partners and key personnel
• Collaborating with the operations, commercial and other teams around the company
• Assisting Head of Logistics, COO and Strategy & Planning Managers in different projects
On top of your daily routines, you will also play a key role in the development of our fast-growing operations, for example, quality assurance.

Required degree:
• An ongoing or just-graduated bachelor's or master's, preferably in operations, logistics, economics, or business management.

• This is a paid internship from mid-June to mid-August.
