East Capital is searching for a summer intern to our legal department for 2011. You will assist in legal matters, such as legal research, drafting of agreements and corporate documents. You will also take minutes at meetings and assist in projects in which legal team is involved.
We believe you are in your final year of law studies and have former experience from working with legal matters. Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written is a requirement. Russian or other Eastern European language skills are looked upon favorably. We also believe you have a genuine interest in the financial sector and who finds the markets in Eastern Europe and China both exciting and interesting.
It is appreciated if you have the possibility to work part-time during spring so that the introductory process can start earlier. Furthermore, it may be possible for us to offer part-time work in the autumn after the internship.
We wish to fill the positions as soon as possible and interviews will be held on going. Note that last day for applying is April 15th 2011.
