Here is an exciting summer internship opportunity for Samsung's eStore Operations! If you are independent and quick in learning new systems and tasks, this could be a position for you.
This position is June-August 2019, with a possibility to start in May depending on your studies.
The Role In the role as eStore operations intern you will get a broad insight in the daily management of the eCommerce business, with focus on supply chain, master data, order management and support enquiries. By being the key contact point for product and operational inquiries, you will gain hands on experience in a wide range of tasks related to the daily ecommerce operations
Key Responsibilities:
Follow-up and manage the short- and long-term forecast, incl. reporting to relevant stakeholders.
Daily coordination of requests and questions related to SCM, PLC management and order fulfillment.
Manage sales related operations and master data management in related systems
Oversee the daily order flows and take pro-active action, to secure customer orders are completed successfully.
Your profile Studying on University, with specialization within logistics, supply chain, business administration, or similar.
Meriting with experience from working with SAP and/or Hybris
Experience from working with order flows
Enjoy working in Excel and business IT systems
Structured, but enjoys a dynamic working environment
Service minded and a doer, who get things done
Comfortable working independently, but in close cooperation with numerous touch points across the organization.
Quick learner and find it easy to understanding how business processes interrelate.
