Summer employment for Students, Volvo Cars Quality & Customer Satisfaction
Volvo Cars Quality & Customer Satisfaction demands, coaches and drives Volvo Cars towards customer satisfaction in all line functions, all stages of product life cycle and throughout each customer's ownership experience.
We are looking for students to join the following departments at Volvo Car Corporation this summer:
• Quality Development
• Customer Satisfaction
Job profile Quality Development:
Your position will contribute to good knowledge of Team Center and how Volvo Cars handle and store quality documents. You will also gain experience in how to perform quality analyses within product development. You will cooperate with Quality Engineers from Research & Development and Manufacturing Engineering and broaden your contact network.
You will be working with:
• Storing existing quality analyses in Team Center
• Securing that earlier performed analyses are adequately stored in Team Center
• Identifying existing analyses together with the Quality Engineers and then store and categorize
• Supporting the ongoing improvement work of how to perform quality analyses/FMEA in product development
Your profile for Quality Development:
• OngoingUniversitystudies in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work independently as well as enjoying teamwork
• Well structured and communicative
• Education in Quality Engineering is meritorious
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, oral and written
Job profile Customer Satisfaction:
In your position you will gain experience of data collection and analysis. You will learn how to use statistical methods when working with Customer Satisfaction data. We see your position this summer as the beginning of a long term opportunity for you.
You will be working with:
• Analysing and categorising the voice of the customer in quality studies
• Making analysis, segmentation and reporting of data related to Customer Satisfaction and Quality
• Performing litterature studies to better understand data by applying statistical methods
Your profile for Customer Satisfaction
• OngoingUniversitystudies of Engineering Physics or Mathematics
• You have at least two or three years left of your education
• Ability to work independently as well as enjoying teamwork
• Well structured and communicative
• Ability take own initiative
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, oral and written
