Summer employment for Students, Customer Experience Coordinator
Volvo Cars Customer Services is looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator. In this position you will be substituting ordinary staff in handling escalating matters from Volvo Cars customers globally.
Customer Service is a unit within Volvo Car Corporation, responsible for the global aftermarket business, development and distribution of genuine parts, service- and repair methods and accessories. Our ambition is to be the most desired provider of parts and service to our Volvo dealers and customers and thereby contribute to creating the most exciting car ownership experience for the customer. To live up to this, our aim is to be a global customer service organisation where we work together with the sales companies and the importers as a team. Our head office and central distribution centre are located in Gothenburg with 1200 employees.
Job profile:
• Responsibility of handling escalating matters from Volvo Cars customers globally.
• In this position you will be substituting ordinary staff that is on their summer holiday leave.
Your profile:
• Ongoing or completed higher education
• Ability to work independently and to take own initiative
• Good cooperation and communication skills
• Ability to be flexible, service minded and structured
• Accustomed user of MS Office
• Good knowledge of English and Spanish (written and spoken) other languages are meritorious.
